Bookkeeper / Accounts All Rounder

Foxville Projects Group NSW Pty Ltd is a thriving construction company servicing many sectors of the industry.

In recent times we have celebrated increased growth and successes and as a result have an open position for a permanent full-time Accounts Payable/Admin All Rounder.

Tasks and responsibilities for the above positions will include but are not limited to;

• Accurately verify and process all Purchase Orders, supplier invoices and credit notes
• Monthly creditor reconciliation to ensure data accuracy
• Supplier management
• Ensure all invoices are paid withing the agreed trading terms 
• Daily preparation of payment runs
• Administration tasks on an ad hoc basis

To be successful for the position, the candidate should have;

• 2+ years experience in a similar role (beneficial but not essential)
• Well-developed computer skills, particularly in relation to Microsoft Excel and office suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Great attention to detail
