The Opportunity:
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic Accounts Administrator to join our collaborative and highly functional finance team. In this role, you will provide financial, administrative and clerical support , ensuring timely and accurate receipts from our customers and payments to our employees. This would be a good opportunity for finance graduate with an aspiration to build up a career in professional accounting domain.
Day to day you will:
- Accurately input financial data into various systems and assist in managing expense reports and receipts
- Generate and process invoices, monitor and follow- up on outstanding payments
- Assist in compiling of data for budgeting and forecasting and assist with preparation of routine financial reports and statements
- Review and categorise expenses as well as track and report on expenses
- Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and other transactions
- Provide administrative assistance to the Financial Controller and team members as needed.
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Previous experience in finance or administration is preferred but not required.
