Care Partner - Aged Care

We are currently in search of dedicated and skilled Care Partners to become part of our team. We are specifically interested in individuals who are able to work on a rotating schedule as a part-time relief Care partner at the Como Center.

• Previous experience in Aged Care is essential;
• Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Support/ Health Service Assistance is essential;
• An understanding of dementia and mental health;
• Excellent time management skills;
• An outgoing and friendly personality;
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations;
• The skills to be adaptable to suit the needs of the residents;
• A current National Police Clearance (not older than 6 months) and a visa with working rights in Australia are essential for this role.
• Covid Vaccination and Current Flu Vaccine are desirable for this role.
