The Role
This full-time position is ideal for an experienced Bookkeeper to join a Property Development business. The successful applicant will bring with them several years of bookkeeping experience, enabling them to seamlessly tackle various financial tasks, including payroll and AR, AP and Liquidity Management.
You will be responsible for:
- Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Preparation of month-end tasks including group (journals, reconciliation of ledgers, accruals, prepayments, provisions, file preparation etc)
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- Preparation of management reporting packs and month-end data analysis
- Group liquidity management, including Joint venture calls from capital partners
To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes:
- Tertiary qualified
- Completed or in the process of completing CA / CPA, desirable
- Strong bookkeeping experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting-based roles;
- High level of attention to detail
