Bookkeeper / Sales Administrator (Full Time preferred, Part Time considered)

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to join our finance team in the diverse role of Bookkeeper / Sales Support Coordinator. 

We have a pretty simple business  - we sell and service tyres and wheels to our customers from our workshop or from our fleet of service trucks. But there's a level of complexity and nuance in the various products we sell - not all tyres are the same !

This role is responsible for administering our sales invoicing and managing our purchase invoicing so we need someone with a massive level of attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles.   

We have a small but dynamic Sales team and the role provides support that allows them to stay on the road servicing our customers. 

In addition, the role also acts as our office administrator with responsibility for office supplies, banking, mail and our incoming phone calls.

The pace in the business is fast. We need someone who can learn quickly and operate at a high level. We need someone who will work hard as well as working smart.    

It's preferable that you also have:

• Experience using SAP
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• A bookkeeping / accounting qualification
• Tyre industry experience

Whilst we are looking for someone on a Full Time basis, outstanding candidates who want to work Part Time Monday to Friday may be considered.
