Salary12 Month Fixed term contract. Role available for immediate start. 35 hour week (Mon-Fri). Central Coast | Lake Macquarie location. Circa $130k - $138k 13% super. As part of our team, you will play a key role in shaping our organisation culture and championing our vales. This role provides the opportunity for you to use a broad range of HR experience, working across a range of activities including, talent acquisition, job analysis and evaluation, policy and procedures, performance management and grievance handling, remuneration and benefits, and general HR functions. Qualities you will need to succeed in this role Tertiary qualifications to degree level in Business, majoring in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualifications and/or experience.
