About the role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, as the Bookkeeper, you will be entrusted with the fast paced, end-to-end responsibility of the bookkeeping function. You will work across multiple entities, overseeing AR, AP and payroll and you will be supported by a modern and passionate team who are all driven by doing the job right, the first time.
Key Responsibilities for the role

• Processing and management of Accounts Receivable
• Processing and management of Accounts Payable
• Payroll: Processing payroll across multiple entities of ~100 staff
• Assist in other administration, systems & processes for bookkeeping for continuous improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Identify quality issues, proposing solutions to the management team.
• Assist in general financial reporting preparation.

• Exceptional and impressive prior employment as a Bookkeeper
• Confident in nature and with communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
