Fabulous permanent opportunity within a successful Australian owned business in the manufacturing/ construction space.
This role has recently been vacated and is therefore available for an immediate start or as soon as they meet the most appropriate candidate.
The role:
3 companies to manage – 2 trading, 1 administration entity
Collation and Data entry of bills for both entities- including working with product manager to approve these bills (particularly those that are specific to jobs, checking against purchase order, etc)
Create sales invoices for project managers and review/understand work in progress and forecasting of sales invoicing
Lodgments & payments for protect , Coinvest, Super , wageguard
Organise the paperwork for imported materials, arrange payment, custom clearance documents, and tracking of status
Bank reconciliation for all the bank accounts for Fab, Metalfab and SMF
Oversee and the supplier credit accounts applications
Enter and check timesheets, process payroll for 3 companies
Liaising with banks
Prepare the IAS and lodge every month, prepare BAS
Prepare and lodge payroll tax every month (Vic only)
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Cash Flow planning
Liaising with KMS regarding any accounting & tax queries
To be successful in this role:
A proven background in Bookkeeping roles
Happy to be hands on with AP, AR up to BAS prep
Team friendly attitude
System savvy and capable with Excel
This role will be working onsite in Bayswater. There is an option to work from home 1 day per week, potentially 2 once training is completed.
