An exciting opportunity exists for a special person who has strong bookkeeping and account management skills. We envisage this role to be 20 - 25 hours per week. This unique role provides plenty of variety, with responsibilities as follows:
Accounts:
- Invoicing & Debtor Control
- AP & AR
- Payroll
- Statistical Analysis & Reporting
- Associated Administrative Responsibilities
To be considered for this role you will:
- Be an experienced Management Accountant or Bookkeeper
- Have solid computer skills including using the Microsoft suite of products
- Have previous exposure to a professional services firm
- Have a high attention to detail as a normal part of your personality traits
- Have good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Be Time management & Priority driven
- Be smart and possess a “can do” attitude
- Enjoy interacting with people and enjoy a laugh / a happy workplace
- Be comfortable working in small but professional firm, that demands flexibility for the “good of the client”
