We are Chartered Accountants with a diverse range of clients, who are team oriented and led by three highly experienced Partners. We are looking for an entry level Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant (training provided) to join our team to provide the full spectrum of bookkeeping services to a variety of clients. You will meet the following criteria and experience:
- Some or all of the following experience is desirable, but definitely not essential as we will train you!
- Experience with Xero or MYOB
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Payroll processing
- Bank reconciliations
- Preparation of BAS/PAYG and super obligations
- Ability to travel to client premises or between offices if required
- Microsoft Office exposure
You will be able to work independently and efficiently, be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail. XERO and MYOB experience is desirable, but not essential. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
