Bookkeeping Role Includes:
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Day-to-day creditor and debtor data entry
- Regular reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
- Payroll & Superannuation processing
- BAS/IAS preparation
- Invoicing & Billing
- End of month reporting
Office Administration Includes:
- Day to day running of office administrative duties.
- Office supplies & expendables purchasing
- Liaising with service providers i.e. IT consultants, accountant, gardener, electrician, etc
- Ensuring the day-to-day function of the office runs smoothly and supporting our team on office administration tasks
- At least 3+ years' experience in a bookkeeping role
- Experience in Payroll
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A reliable work ethic that ensures prompt communication with team members
- Experience using MS Office
- Enjoy challenges and learning new skills
- Experience using MYOB AccountRight, Xero as well as ecommerce exposure would be advantageous.
This position would ideally suit a mature minded, self-motivated & reliable person with experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
