We have an open full time position for a Senior Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team. This position would suit someone with several years office experience and a Cert IV in Bookkeeping.

About the role
You will assist our 3 car Dealerships with general administration tasks, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, data entry, customer enquires, logistic of vehicles between yards and any ad-hoc duties that may arise.
Duties/Requirements;
- PA to the Director
- Supervisor to Office Junior
- Ability to handle and prioritise a high volume of email, phone and text communications daily internally
- Accounts Payable
- Daily bank reconciliation multiple accounts
- Vehicle transport bookings between yards and behalf of customers
- Liaise professionally with staff and 3rd party contacts
- Accurate data entry
- General administration tasks
- Basic accounts payable including entering bills, entering vehicle stock etc.
- General office management
- Ability to meet daily/weekly KPI’s and targets
Skills, Attributes and Experience
- Certificate IV Bookkeeping
- Pervious office experience
- A current drivers licence
- A clear police check
- Excellent phone manner
- Punctual and reliable
- High level of accuracy
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Organised and efficient
