The role of Bookkeeping Team Leader at PBS.
As one of PBS’ talented Bookkeeping Team Leaders, you demonstrate empathy towards your clients, a natural ability to work within a team, and of course - an unparalleled understanding of Australian GST and payroll compliance.
The essence of the role is simple -
- Deliver Full Function Bookkeeping and Payroll Processing and Compliance
- Nurture Client and Team Relationships
- Leverage Systems and Technology
- Work From Home (with monthly and annual in-person meetings)
What you bring to the table -
- Team leadership skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- 10+ years experience delivering end-to-end bookkeeping and payroll
- 5+ years experience using Xero
- Current BAS Agent Registration
- Proactive problem solving and initiative
- Exceptional time management skills
Extra points if you have experience in the following -
- VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Karbon
- Employment Hero Payroll
- Employment Hero HR
