At O’Neill Contracting, we are leaders in our industry and committed to delivering excellence in every project. We are seeking an experienced Boom Pump Operator to operate our 36m Zoomloin Pump to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the pump to deliver concrete to various job sites and in accordance with construction plans.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical issues to ensure the pump is in good working condition.
- Coordinating with site supervisors and other team members to ensure timely and accurate concrete placement.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents or injuries on site.
- Clean and prepare equipment for transport and operation.
- Keep accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and concrete quantities pumped.
Qualifications:
- Licenses: PB High Risk Boom License (essential). Current White Card. SA driving license and own reliable transport to get to depot.
- Experience: Experience using Zoomline Boom Pumps. Working within the company SWMS
- Skills: Ability to drive manual Syncro gearbox. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Abilities: Effective in a fast paced, physically demanding work environment. Ability to be professional and punctual.
