Experienced Wait Staff:
- Superior food and wine knowledge with an edge when it comes to serving guests
- Impeccable dress standards and attention to detail
- High skilled in time management & suggestive selling
- Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience in high end venues
- Good time keeping skills, and a drive to want to learn
- Proven record of being able to handle a section and keep calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills is a must
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Experience in a busy restaurant is preferred and your pay rate will mirror this
- Customer focused and motivated
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- A drive to want to learn
