Position: Bottle Shop Manager Location: The Kingsley Tavern, in Kingsley.

The group currently includes some of the Northern suburb’s favourite venues, The Woodvale Tavern, The Kingsley Tavern, The Duke Bar and Bistro and Currambine Bar and Bistro. The RMW team is comprised of passionate hospitality professionals who are all trained to deliver excellent service, and this is your opportunity to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, place orders, and ensure a diverse selection of beverages.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, offer recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Staff Supervision: Train, schedule, and motivate bottle shop staff to deliver top-notch service.
- Marketing and Promotions: Develop strategies to boost sales, organize tastings, and promote special offers.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with all alcohol laws, regulations and occupational health and safety.
- Financial Management: Monitor expenses, track sales, and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing GP, sales, budgets and wages.
