Responsibilities may include:
Accounts Payable:
Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
Prepare and execute payment runs.
Assist with expense management and reporting.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and send customer invoices.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Record and allocate incoming payments.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Debt Collection:
Contact customers for overdue payments through phone, email, and written communication.
Maintain accurate records of collections and payments.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to facilitate successful collections.
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable/receivable.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for debt collection.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations.

What you'll get in return
Various salary within the range of $65,000 - $85,000.
