We are looking for a casual Boutique Ambassador dedicated to retail and has a strong passion for beauty, skincare & fragranceto join our Pacific Fair Boutique team! With strong KPIs and a proven ability to achieve sales and service targets, you are looking for the next step in your beauty career. You must be available to late night trading hours and weekends.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Selling Dior products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout the whole sale
- Initiating contact with customers and welcoming them on counter/in store through traffic-stopping
- Proposing and demonstrating personalised product offers, on fragrance, make-up and skincare as well as complementary products within category and offering a global beauty approach to clients
- Achieving retail sales targets and contributing to boutique/counter and service KPIs on a monthly basis
- Registering clients’ data in the dedicated system and performing all CRM and clienteling activities
- Conducting all assigned operational and administrative tasks
- Respecting corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality etc.) and Dior grooming guidelines
Skills and experience
- Superior selling skills with a demonstrated experience in the beauty and retail industry
- A proven ability to achieve their individual sales targets through legendary customer service
- An ability to contribute to the overall success of the team as a true team player
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
- A strong desire to succeed and a passion for Beauty, Skincare and Fragrance
- Completed a certificate/diploma in make-up or skincare, or relevant experience in fragrance is highly regarded
