The Role
As a Boutique Manager, you will be part of building and coaching a high achieving team in our new Adelaide boutique providing professional and consultative customer services to our valuable clients. Ensure the profitability performance of the boutique, brand representations, stock levels, image, support, training, and customer service.
This opportunity offers a great sense of challenge to an experienced and motivated Boutique Manager to work in a friendly, fast paced and growing environment.
Skills and Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience including but not exclusive to:
- Senior management experience in retail or hospitality or similar environment with medium sized teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop alternative solutions to problems, to evaluate courses of action and to reach logical conclusions
- Proven experience at successfully managing a retail store, people, account management, budgets and expenses
- Proven ability at working in a hands-on environment where multitasking ability is paramount
- The successful candidate will be required to commence training in Melbourne/Sydney prior to the boutique opening
