We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our client's team as they open their new store. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for luxury watches, a strong background in retail management, and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and achieving KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Boutique Manager in daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Drive sales performance through proactive client engagement, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the boutique to showcase products in the most compelling way.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, providing leadership and support to the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and exceeding their expectations.
- Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail management, preferably within the watch or jewellery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Well-presented and groomed, eloquent and articulate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail.
