Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the boutique maintains a high standard of visual merchandising and product presentation
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and collaborate with headquarters for restocking
- Foster a positive and customer-centric environment, ensuring every client receives personalized attention and assistance
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in high-end womenswear
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a successful team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for styling and understanding of fashion principles
