Your background
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service in a highly consultative environment
- Ability to lead and inspire your team to exceed sales targets through coaching and development
- Outstanding communication skills
- A passion and enthusiasm for retail and all things shiny!
