As the Boutique Manager you will work with a team of 5 stylists leading, motivating and developing them. You will have amazing support from your Area Manager and of course our Head Office team. Our brand is global and you will have the opportunity to connect with people all across the world.
Your main responsibility will be delivering an exceptional customer service to all customers that come in. You will create strong relationships with them through going above and beyond for them, giving genuine feedback and going through the journey of emotions with them.
A bit about you:

• You will have previous retail management experience working with premium/designer products. This is to ensure you know how to go above and beyond whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• You will have worked towards budgets and KPIS including CRM and Average Transaction Value. This is to ensure you are able to lead and motivate our team to achieve their KPIS.
• You will have strong communication skills with your team and head office in order to ensure smooth operation of the Boutique.
• You will have previous experience in doing operational tasks of a store including visual merchandising, inventory management and data entry.
• But more importantly you will have a love and connection with our product, you will create a warm and bubbly environment with your customers and share your love for our gorgeous product.
