About the Role
We have an amazing opportunity to join Michael Kors at our Chadstone location. We are looking for a Store Manager who is driven, self-motivated and ideally has a clienteling background.
You will assist be responsible for driving sales, and the continuous development of the store team as well as optimised management of store image, product and operations.
- Business Development – with a focus on key business strategy
- Team Management – motivating and developing the team
- Client Management – build relationships with our clientele
- Customer Relationship Management – manage customer database and in-store promotional events
- Store Management – including housekeeping, inventory management, visual merchandising
This is a full-time, 38 hours per week opportunity based at our Michael Kors Chadstone store.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in retail management – premium/luxury experience is preferred
- Strong leadership skills, an ability to motivate and lead by example
- Understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising and store operations
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to maintain long-term client relationships
