The role:

• Manage recruitment, coaching, and training of the team.
• Contribute to visual merchandising for an appealing store layout.
• Oversee store administration, operations, and implement loss prevention strategies.

You will ideally have:

• Previous Retail management experience.
• A passion for exceptional customer service.
• Love for fashion and styling.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Clear and empathetic communication.
