About the role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Branch Account Manager to join our team at Revolution by Design at Osborne Park, Western Australia location. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of duties related to sales, including building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customer orders are entered and checked according to the RBDWA Standard Operating Procedures.
- Providing overflow support in order entry and order checking for the Caversham office as delegated by the Customer Service Manager.
- Managing store stock purchases.
- Managing the receipting of all received stock.
- Identify new product sales opportunities at the branch.
- Fostering strong relationships with the branch customer base and identifying growth opportunities and new opportunities for the greater business.
- Sales Rep responsibilities for allocated case list outside of branch.
- Ensuring a safe environment is provided for all individuals on the premises.
