Lindsay Rural is currently looking for a Branch Administrator/Sales Assistant to join the team at our Woolgoolga store

Today we employ over 1,800 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 1.5 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight every year across the country.
The Role:
We currently have a rare opportunity for a unique individual to join the rural team working out of the Woolgoolga Rural Store.
The position of Branch Administrator / Sales Assistant will be offered on a full-time basis and will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answer phone calls and directing them to the relevant person
- Responding to email enquiries
- Accounts reconciliation and banking
- Following up on outstanding debtors
- Managing inbound and outbound mail
- Cash handling, daily banking & reconciliation
- Serving customers on our front counter
- Monitoring and ordering
- General store duties
- Maintaining and expanding key relationships with clients
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills
- Have solid computer skills
- Be well organised and team focused
- Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
- The ability to undertake a range of administrative tasks
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
- High level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Current drivers licence (essential)
