Greenworx is a leading commercial landscape service provider with operations in NSW, Qld and Vic. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and suitably experienced Branch Manager to drive our Brisbane Operations.
This is a combined Operational & Account Management role which is fully supported by a centralised administration team in NSW. With several long-term commercial contracts recently mobilised and an existing sales pipeline of firm opportunities now is a great time for the right person to join Greenworx and take our Brisbane business to the next level.
Operational duties include:
• Scheduling of work activity, including assigning resources & equipment.
• Ensuring total alignment and compliance with all company procedures
• Ability to coach and influence team members in the delivery of exceptional safety & service standards.
• Inspections and coordination of vehicle and equipment maintenance.
• Pre and post work inspections ensuring high standards are consistently being achieved.
• Auditing and authorising weekly timesheets.
• Completion of job activity reports.
Account Management duties include;
• Regular and proactive communication with clients.
• Identification of additional business opportunities within existing and potential clients.
• Develop accurate and client specific estimates and proposals.
• Maintain & improve the profitable activity of the Branch.
• Analysing daily, weekly, monthly reports and working with the team to action and follow up tasks
• Aim to increase the annual revenue and resulting profit of the branch.
• Liaison with other Branches & Branch Support Centre
• Maintain 100% client retention.
• Ensure company compliance standards are followed

About you;
• You will have relevant experience in a similar role or be a proven performer in your current role and be ready for the next step in your career.
• A dedication and priority towards the development and ongoing management of a ‘safety & service’ first culture.
• Strong Leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and develop teams to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• An ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Enjoys problem solving and has a can-do attitude.
• Proudly represents our business and brand.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to quickly pick up on other software applications including Formitize and Saleforce.
• A tertiary qualification in a landscape related discipline would be beneficial however a proven track record in a related position would be considered.
