ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a fantastic career move for an experienced Manager to be the face of our business covering the Bendigo / Shepparton Region, Northern Victoria.
Working with a large team, you will be responsible for all aspects of running a successful branch - from winning new business to ensuring our team delivers a great experience for our customers – as well as all aspects of management in between.
This is a full-time position based in our Shepparton office.
KEY DELIVERABLES
• Develop an annual branch strategy with the General Manager.
• Utilise reports (such as the WIP and Forecast) to monitor and analyse progress against budget / estimates for all projects.
• Research organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Have regular one on one catch ups with each member of the sales team individually.
• Co-ordinate sales and ops team meetings to agree on strategies to win work at the quoting stage.
• Conduct regular Coaching sessions with sales team and other direct reports.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCES & PREFERENCES
We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has proven performance in sales growth and can operate self-sufficiently. With a strong emphasis on driving sales, you will have the following experience and skills:
• Experience in a solution selling industry/business.
• Previous experience in the painting, facilities maintenance, building or construction industry is desirable.
• Financial acumen, including quoting, tendering, Work in Progress (WIP) management, contract administration and analysing P&L reports.
• Experience in growing revenue with existing clients, as well as establishing new customers.
• Experience in using a CRM to enter/access sales data.
