Our Client is seeking an experienced Waste and RecyclingBranch Manager to Join the team.

- $120k- $160k plus Super and Car allowances

The Branch Manager is responsible for the management of the branch, providing operational, compliance and advisory support to all areas of the business unit.
Demonstrated experience in the management of a branch within the Waste Industry is required along with formal training in Work Health & Safety.
A team player with good communication skills to influence and engage audiences across all levels of the organisation in developing a safety conscious culture by modelling and complying with appropriate safety instructions and behaviours is fundamental.
Capability to manage change effectively, with good analytical and reasoning capabilities, demonstrated consultative orientation and efficient time management skills, to prioritise and handle several different tasks at the same time is critical.
Computer literacy, particularly experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Operations
- Company & brand market presence - Asset presentation + uniformed staff

- Maximise CS sales into all sectors and markets
- In line with run densities & target waste streams, identify organic growth opportunities and communicate to sales team

- Approval of Owner Driver invoices
- Approval of maintenance & supply invoices

- Oversight of A/R, A/P, client & general Branch dealings
Administration/Reporting
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting as directed
- Monthly reporting & KPIs within 5 business days EOM
- Adherence to internal processes and procedures
