We presently operate from 38 branches around Australia and New Zealand, and an office and warehouse in Shanghai, China; employing over 900 staff.
Due to an increase in our growth, sales and our commitment to providing quality customer service, we now have a full time Branch Managerposition available at our branch in Townsville!
The Role
The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager QLD/ NT and is responsible for driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.
This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be able to create your own blueprint for success while being supported by the broader CoolDrive network.
Key duties include:
- Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
- Supporting the existing customer base
- Overseeing sales and warehouse operations
- Working with the Regional Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Leading and inspiring a team to achieve branch target
- Being a champion for safety
About You
This is a critical role to the CoolDrive network and the successful candidate will be ambitious and highly motivated to make the branch successful. You'll have experience leading a team and the ability to meet and exceed branch performance targets, preferably gained from within the automotive industry.
In addition to the above you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills and be able to build strong relationships with others
- Be able to motivate others and lead by example
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise what needs to be done
- A natural collaborative working style
- A forklift licence is desirable
- A current drivers licence is essential
