An exciting opportunity has opened for a Branch Manager to lead our passionate and dedicated team at our Mount Gambier branch! In this empowering role you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of retail banking operations for the local community.

As a Branch Manager with Heritage People’s Choice, you will be empowered to:
- Make it easy for our members to bank with us and manage the member experience within your branch.
- Coach your staff to identify opportunities for growth and promote the delivery of exceptional member service
- Driving and motivating staff to achieve retention and referral targets for specialised advice areas, including financial planning
- Maintain key relationships within our organisation and local community to ensure branch objectives are met and be a champion of Heritage People’s Choice’s banking initiatives and brand
About you
You will have a strong desire to lead a team, to motivate, and to drive high levels of member engagement within the branch channel. As a go-getter, you'll be comfortable striving towards targets and demonstrate personal energy, an enthusiasm to achieve, and a passion for excellence. You will also have the ability to adapt to different working environments and teams. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced leader to take their next career step within Heritage People's Choice. Experience in a leadership position within retail banking is highly regarded.
