About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Retail & Marketing, as our Branch Manager, you will be entrusted to manage all aspects of branch operations and lead your team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets. Your expert team management skills will allow you to support sales staff and empower them to grow and drive sales performance.
This full-time, permanent position in our Goulburn branch would suit a dynamic and inclusive leader that values innovation and developing people.
Responsibilities
- Building the capabilities of the branch network in terms of sales and operations
- Inventory management and process improvement
- Conduct formal training sessions and coaching of our people
- Assist with the development and implementation of the retail strategy
- Identify new growth opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and industry partners
- Implementing and driving key sales campaigns + activities
- Ideally have previous management experience in a retail environment
- Comfortable upskilling and coaching others
- Ideally have retail experience in the ag sector
- Team player with great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable with regular national travel
- Hold an unrestricted driver’s licence
