ELB is looking for a motivated, positive and experienced State Manager for our Melbourne branch.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage staff across various departments eg sales, administration, and installation
● Use of CRM with the ability to manage existing accounts, grow customer base, and drive new sales and business opportunities
● Complete responsibility of the local team including budget management, WH&S, branch operations, sales forecasting, staff management, liaison with upper management and project managers
● Achieve branch financial and sales targets
● Drive and participate in marketing activity as required
Qualifications/Skills:
● Experience in team management/leadership within a state/national sales environment
- A solid Network and understanding of Melbourne's Government and Corporate worlds.
● Previous sales experience managing key accounts and meeting sales targets
● Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace
● High level of personal presentation, written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organisational abilities eg handling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and setting priorities
● Experience within the AV Industry is highly desired but not essential
