Branch Operations Coordinator
Scully RSV is a leading manufacturer, hirer, and seller of refrigerated trucks across Australia. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and administrative functions across multiple branch locations.
- Coordinate and allocate resources (staff, equipment, vehicles) to ensure efficient Branch Operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to branch activities.
- Facilitate communication between branches, head office and other departments.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, fleet, finance) as needed.
- Coordinate sales activities, including interstate to support the sale of new and used refrigerated trucks across our national branch network.
- Liaise with branch managers and sales teams to understand inventory levels, customer requirements, and sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and closed deals across multiple locations.
- Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to support sales efforts.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Provide assistance to the sales teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to sales and customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-up.
- Oversee operational aspects, including decommissioning process of ex-fleet vehicles and ensuring finance clearance for trucks being sold.
- Funnel customer enquiries to the relevant sales teams efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to to health, safety and environmental regulations within branches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or branch support role, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external clients effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate as required to provide on-site support to Branch Operations.
