Branch Plumbing Specialist - Multiple Roles

About the role...Reporting to our Member Engagement Manager you will provide a high level of support and service to our customers for the on-going management and growth of an assigned customer base.To grow market share for Plumbers Co-op for your assigned customer base you will work with our Account and Branch Managers to identify and develop new business and opportunities.You will work to promote the value of the Plumbers Co-op offer and leverage this to grow new member accounts and sales.This role includes the following tasks:

• Outbound interactions with our members - you must be confident to make outbound calls to an assigned customer based, which you will own
• Demonstrating our values daily by being friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
• Communicating with our members and internal teams to ensure member re-engagement

What can you expect to be doing...

• Follow up on quotes, tenders and deliveries.
• Re-engage with customers who may have reduced their spend with the Co-op to understand their current needs and identify solutions to win back or increase sales.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of customer interactions and update information in our systems.
• Maintain communication with all customers and team members.

About you…

• Previous customer service experience essential
• You will have a passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills, reliable and attention to detail.
• 2-4 years of experience working in a building or plumbing industry is preferred essential but not essential;
