You will be given the opportunity to work alongside consultants and learn all there is to know about recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Administration and tasks related to recruitment processes
Screening and interviewing candidates
Candidate onboarding process
Building strong childcare client support with our services
Coordinating casual childcare shifts of client requests
Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
Conducting reference checks
Requirements:
Experience in early childhood education sector
