CNC Lathe Operator/Programmer

Our client is a leading specialist in manufacturing and supply of complex engineered components, sub-assemblies, jigs & fixtures and munitions tooling for Defence, Aerospace and medical industries. They require an experienced CNC Lathe Operator/ Programmer to join their team. This position offers the opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition into a supervisory role for the right person.
  
  
Job Requirements: 

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe operator with programming experience.
• Experience using CNC Mazak machinery 
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail
• Work unsupervised

Hours & Rates

• Flexibility in start and finish time, typically 7am - 4pm with early finish Friday
• The opportunity to move into a supervisor role.

A very attractive pay rate of $45 to $52 + Super and Overtime for the right candidate, negotiable depending on experience.
