We are looking to hire an eager and driven person to join our sales and warehousing team. Antec is committed to fostering a supportive team environment and puts an emphasis on developing the individuals within that team.
As a Branch Staff member, your duties will include:
- Processing and managing customer orders, quotations and inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments.
- Counter sales.
- General warehouse duties.
- Customer deliveries
- Other AD-HOC duties.
Skills and Expertise
• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a strong desire to succeed.
• Work well under pressure and possess the ability to manage multiple orders, customers and priorities.
• Have great communication skills, excellent phone manner and computer skills.
• Use initiative and teamwork to overcome daily challenges.
• Contribute to our team culture and long-term company success.
• Current Northern Territory driver’s license & the ability to drive a manual vehicle
• Forklift license is desirable but not necessary.
You will represent Antec by having daily contact with our customers, therefore you must be highly presentable and well spoken.
The right candidate will be reliable, able to multi-task and be flexible.
