Maintenance Coordinator (North) (201012) 

Permanent Full Time - 40.25 hours per week 

$109,758.42 to $117,134.20  Annually  + up to 12% super  

RCC Officers' Level 6 (including applicable allowances)

Your opportunity

Join our Roads, Drainage, and Marine Maintenance Unit as an experienced Maintenance Coordinator! This diverse role will see you working in the field and in the office. You will have experience in leadership to provide continuous development and improvement to ensure effective support to the service manager and other team members. We are looking for a highly skilled coordinator to manage, administer and deliver a range of operational support services including supervision of employees and contractors across the Redlands Coast.

Guided by our Values, you will safely manage and administer operational teams, cyclic and reactive maintenance activities, and engage contractors to achieve the timely delivery of asset maintenance services to ensure quality standards.

Eligibility

  • You'll hold a current C Class Driver's Licence.
  • You'll have a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (or equivalent qualification), or you will have significant relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to rapidly acquire a Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision.
  • You'll have a minimum 5 years' experience in a relevant field.
  • You'll have the availability over weekends, public holidays and other overtime work as required, including participation in an after-hours on call roster.
