We are seeking a Branch Supervisor who will be primarily responsible for inbound inquiries while maintaining and growing a small pool of existing accounts. They will act as the primary point of contact locally and ensure smooth daily branch operations.ACL Industrial Technology is a leading independent industrial supply company, dedicated to eliminating supply chain frustration through increased productivity and reduced waste. We supply machinery, welding, safety, abrasives, and industrial products with a focus on fast, easy, and hassle-free service.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and branch custodian, handling customer service and sales, assisting walk-in customers, answering phone calls, and performing occasional ad hoc customer visits.
- Manage a large SKU environment with a background in buying and selling, particularly in welding processes and products.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized branch, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of the local team, and escalating any issues to management promptly.
- Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, acting as the primary point of contact. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, building strong relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive sales and revenue growth within accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Complete all sales reporting requirements accurately and timely within ACL systems.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members, ensuring proactive issue resolution to keep projects on track and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Attend daily sales huddles and weekly meetings, following the ACL sales process consistently.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service roles, including B2B supply dealing with a large number of SKUs.
- Proven track record in achieving results and providing strong leadership.
- General knowledge of welding processes and products.
- Competence in using systems, including CRM and ERP (Netsuite experience is advantageous).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and be an all-rounder in various branch operations.

- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per annum.
