For a Brand and Campaign Leadto join the team at IntoWork Australia. Based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, you will join our collaborative team in this fast-paced Senior Marketing role.

About the role:

The Brand and Campaign Lead is a key role in our national team and reports to the National Marketing and Communications Manager

The position will partner with allocated businesses to manage their marketing, but will also contribute to broader strategic Group and stream marketing projects.

Tapping into the resources of the broader Marketing and Communications team which includes designers, copy and content producers, and internal and external communications specialists, along with our external providers you'll provide a full strategic marketing service to your internal customers.

• This role will manage the marketing for designated brands and be the primary point of contact between their businesses and the broader marketing, communications and design teams.
• Establish key relationships with stakeholders across the IntoWork Group.
• Co-ordinate production workflow of all marketing activity to meet production timelines.
• Co-ordinate annual planning meetings with Business Leaders and the Marketing.
• Contribute to broader marketing strategies for the Group, specific programs and delivery streams as required.

About you:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with the following background:

• 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a multi-brand or agency environment
• Proven and demonstrated experience and technical marketing skills such as marketing strategy, brief writing and digital experience.
• Customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia. Current Working with Children and National Police Checks are required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant.
