About the role:
This role is pivotal and at the heart of directing the campaigns for the meerkats! Operating like an in-house marketing agency, Meerkat Studios brings together the best of brand and performance marketing to make Compare the Market the first place Australians think of when they need to find insurance, energy or a home loan.
You are responsible for marketing Compare the Market’s General Insurance portfolio (Car, Home & Contents, Travel and Pet Insurances). As the “conductor of the marketing orchestra”, you are the main point of contact for Meerkat Studio’s internal clients and help bring their ideas to fruition by sharing and collaborating across the marketing team, taking each team member on a journey to bring the brief to life!
As a key player in our organisation, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager of the Brand to lead and execute strategic initiatives that enhance brand preference, drive category growth, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in the delivery of the brand strategy through the effective management of campaigns and initiatives.
- Consistent Branding: Ensure that all communications and customer touchpoints align with the brand strategy and adhere to applicable legislation and internal policies.
- Oversight and Compliance: Oversee brand codes, ensuring that brand assets align with the brand code library and comply with relevant standards.
- Effectiveness Reporting: Provide insightful reports on branding effectiveness, offering valuable business insights into return on investment.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives for continual improvement in customer and employee engagement, reporting, and systems within the CTM Marketing Department.

Contributing to the success of our marketing team, you are a dynamic and results-driven Brand and Campaign Manager or skilled and ready to take the next step in your career to become a leader with proven expertise in traditional and digital media.

Qualifications:
Formal qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role, such as Brand Manager or Campaign Executive, either in client-side businesses or agencies.

- Ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
