Form of workAre you the storyteller and brand advocate we’ve been searching for? We are on the hunt for an experienced Brand and Communications Specialist to join our amazing Marketing team on a permanent full-time basis.
The heart of our business is brand equity, which has been nurtured through the creation of “positive word of mouth experiences.” What does this mean!? We aim to provide exceptional experiences to everyone who comes into contact with the Weber brand, whether they are suppliers, partners, retail customers or Weber owners. You will play an integral part to this process, as the voice to our valued and passionate fans and advocates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement internal and external communications.
- Contribute to delivering marketing plans and activities on the national Marketing calendar across Australia and New Zealand.
- Collaborate with our National Marketing Manager ANZ and the team to develop communication strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Coordinate and execute events, promotions, and partnerships.
When it comes to learning the ins and outs of our products, you will get hands on cooking experience and tasting the amazing food that is created using Weber products. You will even get to take products home with you to cook for your family and friends.
To be successful in the role, you will need a creative and strategic mindset, experience in Marketing tech platforms and a willingness to immerse yourself in our rich history to create new stories and experiences for our consumers. The role will give you an opportunity to showcase your imagination and initiative.
