An opportunity now exists for a Brand & Communications Specialist to join this innovative, creative and forward-thinking brand on a full-time basis.
The role
As an integral part of the Weber organisation, you will report to the National Marketing Manager and work with the broader Weber Marketing team. As the Brand & Communications Specialist, you will:
- Assist in creating communication strategies that align with marketing and business goals while maintaining a thorough understanding of the Weber brand, products, marketing, and business tactics.
- Create high-quality, engaging and concise written content and communication for marketing campaigns, social media, products and websites that adheres to the brand’s tone of voice and style
- Oversee third-party marketing platforms, including CRM and review generation on weber.com and retailer websites. Additionally, manage communications and conduct data analysis through the CRM marketing platform, crafting campaigns and tactics to enhance engagement and conversion KPIs. Manage 3rd party marketing platforms
- Guarantee adherence to all necessary legal requirements pertaining to marketing activities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Product and Customer Service Team to facilitate collaboration and ensure campaign support
- Work closely with external stakeholders such as agency and media partners to implement and manage campaign initiatives
- Provide end-to-end support for marketing activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
You are an experienced Marketing & Communications professional with a minimum of 2 years in a similar communications-based role. You have a positive, can-do attitude that you bring to work each day. You will also possess the following:
- Qualifications in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- A creative, innovative and strategic mindset
- Ability to multi-task on numerous projects
- Strong working knowledge of omni-channel marketing
- Experience in content writing for all media platforms including SEO optimized content
- Previous experience in CRM/Marketing technology
- Proficiency in both the Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
- An interest in Barbecue cooking and entertaining!
