The Marketing Specialist will drive the employee brand initiatives and enhance the workforce communication strategies for ACH Group.
What you'll do:
- Execute an ACH Group Employer Brand strategy that inspires and engages employees, volunteers and candidates
- Develop engaging content for the ACH Group workforce, ensuring internal and external messaging aligns with the brand values
- Manage content for internal and external communication channels for various platforms
- Collaborate with the People and Culture and Talent Acquisition team to develop Internal Communications and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Measure, analyse and report on the impact of branding and communication initiatives
- Seek opportunities to continuously improve the Employer Brand and communication efforts by keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices
- Manage brand related projects including workforce initiatives, recruitment drives, promotional campaigns, and enhancements to the employee journey
- Build on ACH Group brand's positioning to inspire and engage employees, volunteers and candidates
About you:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
- Significant work experience in a brand management/marketing role Proven ability to develop Brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Demonstrated experience in leading a small team to deliver communication strategies and marketing activities
- Experience in developing integrated digital and traditional campaigns
- Attention to detail and high-quality outputs
- Familiarity with social media, video filming, video editing and content production
- Strong and confident verbal communication skills
- Exceptional professional writing skills
- The successful candidate will need to provide a current Flu Vaccination Statement, an up-to-date COVID vaccination statement (at least 3 doses) and a satisfactory police clearance for working with vulnerable people that is less than 12 months old before commencement
