What you bring to the table
Are you passionate about visual storytelling and branding? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Brand & Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualise and produce engaging multi-channel campaigns
- Collaborate with the Brand and Marketing Team Lead for high-quality creative outputs
- Develop and oversee photography shoots
- Manage design briefs to meet timelines and Club priorities
- Ensure designs adhere to the Club's brand guidelines
- Develop and roll out brand and campaign style guides
- Provide advice on brand direction to internal and external parties
What we're looking for
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and other design software
- Demonstrated experience in concept development for integrated campaigns
- Previous design experience for high-profile brands within clear guidelines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent service to internal and external customers
- Willingness to work on game days and out of hours at key Club events
- Understanding of or interest in the AFL industry is desirable
- Video graphic/animation experience is desirable but not essential
- Valid Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance required
