We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Brand, Events & Planning Coordinator to join our Corporate Affairs and Sustainability team in our Melbourne office on a permanent basis.

Reporting to the General Manager Brand and Reputation you will be supporting the team to build and protect APA’s reputation by building a strong, relevant and consistent brand that connects with key audiences, delivering professional corporate events and enhancing SCA planning, strategy, reporting and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refreshing reporting templates and monitoring inputs across the team for SCA monthly reporting to the MD Report and quarterly reporting to the Strategy Progress Report
  • Supporting the coordination of progress updates and reporting for ELT Engagement Plans
  • Developing event collateral such as name badges, place cards and signage and supporting on site delivery at events
  • Managing brand assets such as logo files, photography updates and templates 
  • Supporting brand training programs and internal brand engagement, time management and stakeholder engagements

Your background 

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Experience of working in a brand, communications or events capacity in a Marketing or Corporate Affairs team
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills 
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Team player

The role forms part of APA’s Sustainability and Corporate Affairs division, which has responsibility for employee, external, digital, government and industry and sustainability initiatives.

The division also supports the business by providing strategic communications, branding, social media and digital support.
