This is a unique opportunity to work with a truly unique skincare brand that has a leading reputation within the market and a global presence.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be the project lead for key NPD launches and develop the go-to-market plan and develop bespoke channel strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support the development and implementation of promotional programs
- Lead the media and activations including trade shows, conferences, exhibitions that support the brand and key products launches throughout the year.
- Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and the stockist in our professional skincare treatment center network
- Provide monthly reports locally and globally on sales performance and channel/ market and competitor analysis.
- Budget management
- Ensure all launches and promotions reflect the brand
- 3- 5 years experience in marketing/brand management
- Demonstrable experience in brand communications (media and activations) and development of go-to-market plans
- Experience with working with beauty/skincare B2B, distributor or stockist environments essential
- Results and solution focused, driven by data
- Strong project management experience
- Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships
