As the Senior Brand Manager with strong leadership skills, you will working alongside a talented marketing team with a real passion for the patient, a Commercial Director and a high performing Hospital Key Account Managers. As part of this diverse role, you will develop and execute marketing and digital online strategies for a portfolio of established products as well as new lunches.
The opportunity includes the following responsibilities:
- Be comfortable with high levels of tactical implementation to support the Commercial team and Senior Management.
- Take ownership for the delivery of Roadshows, and promotional aids
- Manage agency and third party partnerships and explore different ways that this portfolio can be delivered
- Be fully immersed and have an intimate knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
- Strong working knowledge of marketing to Specialists and Hospital Directors of Pharmacy.
The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
- Ideally tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing or Marketing
- Proven experience as a Senior Brand Manager within the specialty prescription pharmaceutical industry
- Exceptional Leadership Skills
- Strategic as well as Tactical approach
- Exceptional Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Experience with the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to persuade and influence others and manage multiple projects
